A new carton can be manufactured within 7-10 working days depending on your artwork requirements. Plain cartons usually take about 5-6 working days. In urgent situations a reduced lead-time can usually be met. Please contact our sales or customer service representatives to achieve this.
Of course! We have a team of experienced representatives who are able to come to you and advise the best type of product to match your particular packaging requirements.
For our flexographic printing option we have a comprehensive range of standard colours to choose from, or we can use a specific PMS colours if your volumes are large enough. This may incur a small surcharge.
Our Single-Pass Digital Printing is 4-Colour CMYK.
A sample carton can be made before you place your order enabling you to check that the size and board grade will suit your requirements. Contact our sales team or customer service to arrange this.
Once we have all your packaging requirements, we are able to get most quotations out within 24-48 hours, depending on the complexity of your needs. In a more urgent situation please contact our sales team.

We have some standard sizes, see our stock listing for more information, otherwise we can make to order ensuring your packaging is just right for your product.
As we make to order, the longer the run size, the better economy, so we can pass the savings on to you.
Yes, we have our own corrugator on site. We manufacture, print and convert the cartons and POS display units all at one site.
Some minimum quantities will apply depending on board grade and size of carton, packaging or display unit, please ask you friendly Account Manager or Internal Sales Representative for more information.

This is dependent on the size of your cartons and packaging, but we will make sure it is the most viable to minimise your freight costs. We are also able to limit the height to suit special requirements. Eg. Pallet racking systems, Interstate freight etc.
The general answer is three for Flexographic print process, however, should you require more than this please contact one of our friendly customer service team to discuss your requirements.
Tooling is made specifically for your product and there are costs involved. However, this can be estimated at the time of quotation. If there is a charge you will be informed of this prior to manufacture.
Artwork costs are incorporated into the price of the stereo. However it is beneficial and will reduce costs if you can supply your artwork in our preferred format.
Either, please advise us at the time of quoting you and we will arrange an ex-factory price if you prefer, otherwise we will quote you with delivery included.
